- Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase.
- To be eligible for a return or exchange, the shoes must be in new, unworn condition with the original packaging and tags intact.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges if the shoes have been worn, damaged, or altered in any way.
- Custom orders, clearance items, and gift cards are not eligible for return or exchange.

- You will be provided with a return authorization number and instructions for returning the shoes.

- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
4. Shipping Costs

- Original Shipping Fees: Shipping fees for the original order are non-refundable, unless the return is a result of our error or defective product.
